About This Role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the company's business growth initiatives and driving successful partnerships with clients.
This role involves developing and implementing business strategies, managing ongoing business operations, and fostering a high-performance culture within the team.
Main Responsibilities:
- To lead the development of new business opportunities, identifying potential clients and creating effective pitches to secure contracts.
- To manage the implementation of business continuity plans, ensuring seamless operations and minimal disruption to the business.
- To stay up-to-date with all operational business requirements, including managing costs and analyzing financial data to inform business decisions.
- To provide regular management reports and support to the team members on general reporting.
Requirements:
- A strong ability to develop and foster relations with various stakeholders, including clients and team members.
- Excellent communication, articulation, and collaboration skills, complemented by exceptional time management and organisational ability.
- A deep understanding of reporting systems and processes, including Excel and SharePoint.
- Tertiary qualifications in a business-related discipline would be advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
