Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our business development efforts throughout Australia and the APAC market. This role is pivotal across the full project lifecycle — from identifying new opportunities and leading bid development, through to strategic planning and overseeing operational execution.

The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth, managing and delivering projects for our Operations & Delivery business unit across Australia and the broader APAC region. The successful candidate will have a dual focus: driving business development and ensuring exceptional client service delivery.

  • Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our services and build a robust pipeline of opportunities.

This role requires a great sense of humour, incredible resourcefulness, and creativity, as well as a relish for challenges. The position will be based in Brisbane, but you will occasionally be required to travel to other project locations and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
