A senior leadership position has arisen for a Commercial Manager to lead business growth and team development.

  • Lead contract negotiations, procurement strategies, and subcontractor agreements
  • Identify and drive business development opportunities in the market
  • Manage project budgets, forecasting, and cost reporting
  • Oversee variation management, claims resolution, and contract risk mitigation
  • Provide commercial insight and strategic advice to project teams
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and financial standards
  • Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders
  • Mentor and develop commercial staff to achieve their full potential

This is a strategic leadership position reporting directly to the General Manager. You will help shape the business strategy and support continued growth of the QLD business unit.
