Requirements

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • Proven barista skills with the ability to deliver consistent quality under pressure
  • A positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality
  • Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with guests
  • A team player who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments
  • Great attention to detail and pride in presentation
  • Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • A current RSA Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
