Currently, we are recruiting a senior coffee specialist at our boutique in Emporium.

This role requires our successful candidate to work a rotating roster, including late night trading and alternate weekend availability.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Coffee Specialist…

Share your passion for coffee with customers while supporting our leadership team to efficiently manage the boutique. A day in the life of a senior coffee specialist brings new challenges, including engaging and connecting customers with high-quality service and products, as well as maximising sales.

You will oversee all staff on the floor, including performance management, and collaborate with team members to create memorable customer experiences.
