About You:

  • You will have proven experience as a barista in the specialty coffee industry, with excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • You will be able to thrive under pressure during busy periods and maintain consistently high standards in coffee and food preparation and presentation.
  • You will have strong attention to detail and organisational skills, as well as a genuine passion for specialty coffee and a comprehensive understanding of coffee preparation techniques and equipment.
