In our pursuit of excellence, we require a skilled Senior Contract Manager to join our team and contribute to delivering complex projects across various sectors. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of contract conditions, managing cost reimbursable contracts, and negotiating contractual claims with subcontractors.

Your primary focus will be on coordinating the efficient delivery of contract documentation, ensuring timely reporting, and maintaining the integrity of our projects. You will work closely with our Senior Contracts Administrator and Commercial Managers to achieve these goals.

About the Role

  • Assist in providing advice to management on contract implementation and conditions.
  • Manage complex cost reimbursable contracts, ensuring accurate budgeting and cost control.
  • Evaluate and negotiate contractual claims with subcontractors, supporting project managers in procurement activities.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, promoting effective communication and conflict resolution.

Your Skills and Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in contract administration, negotiation, and dispute resolution.
  • Proven ability to interpret and apply complex contracts, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong understanding of relevant legislation and industry regulations.
  • Excellent decision-making, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Experience in managing major subcontract packages for large-scale construction projects.
