About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Performing Arts program. As Head of Performing Arts, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive arts education program that fosters creativity, innovation, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategic plan for the Performing Arts program, aligning with the school's mission and values.
  • Lead a team of arts educators and staff to deliver high-quality arts programs, including music, drama, and visual arts.
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate arts education into the curriculum and promote cross-disciplinary learning.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local arts organizations, schools, and community groups to provide opportunities for students and staff.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and facilities to ensure the effective delivery of arts programs.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in arts education, with experience in leading and managing arts programs.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans, manage budgets, and lead teams.
