Job Title:

Asset Technician

About the Role:

The successful candidate will support the Water & Sewer team in completing duties related to preventative maintenance, replacement, and renewal of water and sewage mechanical and electrical systems at Council facilities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the Water & Sewer team with preventative maintenance, replacement, and renewal tasks.
  • Maintenance of water and sewage treatment plant facilities, pump stations, reservoirs, bores, and water supply dams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Certificate III in Water Operations or ability to acquire within a reasonable timeframe.
  • General Induction Construction Card (White Card).
  • Current Class C Driver's Licence.
  • Current First Aid Certificate.
