We're seeking a skilled Category Manager to lead our Wholesale Beauty division. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving category growth through strategic planning and analysis.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the quality of our products, ensuring they meet customer expectations
  • Analyse market trends and identify opportunities for growth
  • Manage budgets and collaborate with financial partners to meet targets
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive category performance

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Category Manager or equivalent role
  • Proven track record of successful negotiations and partnership building
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive results
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing or Retail
