Supporting Students with Multiple Disabilities

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic professional to join our dedicated support team at a leading educational institution. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing targeted individual and group support to students with multiple disabilities, additional learning needs, including those with mental health disorders, disabilities and/or learning disorders.
- Strong relationship building, effective communication, and positive working relationships with students, individuals, and key stakeholders.
- Able to demonstrate evidence-based interventions and support for students with multiple disabilities.
- Experience in supporting students with severe and multiple disabilities, using programs to enhance student learning and emotional regulation.
- Knowledge of a range of learning disabilities and procedures to use in supporting learning for these children.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be able to work collaboratively as part of a team, and have a strong commitment to student-centred learning.
Key Responsibilities:- Relationship Building and Communication: Strong relationships with students, individuals, and key stakeholders.
- Evidence-Based Interventions: Ability to demonstrate evidence-based interventions and support for students with multiple disabilities.
- Supporting Students: Experience in supporting students with severe and multiple disabilities, using programs to enhance student learning and emotional regulation.
