Job Title

We are seeking a senior professional to oversee our disability support services, providing leadership and operational management in a human services setting.

This role requires a candidate with experience in providing strategic leadership, operational management, and service coordination. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing services for students at risk of discrimination and ensuring the university meets its commitments under disability legislation.

  • Providing strategic leadership of Disability Support
  • Operational management of Disability Advisors and Senior Disability and Disability Support Officer staff
  • Ensuring provision of comprehensive, responsive, and effective Disability Support service to all enrolled students

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in leading teams and building positive future-focused cultures
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the complex needs of students with disabilities within a tertiary education setting
  • Knowledge and understanding of professional practice expectations related to record keeping and confidentiality
