We are seeking a skilled Interior Designer Documenter to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in large commercial projects, specifically in translating design concepts into accurate documentation for construction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce high-quality documentation packages from concept through to construction documentation.
  • Accurately model interior elements using Revit software.
  • Create detailed drawings and presentations using Revit.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and consultants throughout all project phases.
  • Contribute to client presentations and coordinate design approvals.
  • Maintain design integrity throughout construction.
  • Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in interior design with a focus on commercial buildings.
  • Strong proficiency in Revit software.
  • Experience working within a design and construction company.
  • Solid knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction methods.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A degree in Interior Design or a related field.
