Data Engineering Excellence

We are seeking an experienced Data Architect to join our team and help drive enterprise-wide transformation.

This is a high-impact permanent role for Senior or Lead Data Engineers with Databricks design experience. You will be responsible for architecting scalable, resilient data platforms with Databricks and Azure, shaping the strategy, mentoring a team, and working directly with stakeholders to build future-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architect and implement robust Databricks data solutions
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs
  • Lead data engineering best practices across pipelines, models, and flows
  • Guide junior engineers and elevate team capability
  • Stay at the forefront of modern data architecture-think Lakehouse, Spark, Azure Synapse, and beyond
Requirements
  • Hands-on expertise with Databricks and Spark
  • Solid architectural thinking across cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
  • Strong grasp of data modeling, governance, and performance
  • Programming fluency in Python, SQL, Scala, or Java
  • Leadership spirit and a desire to mentor
  • Bonus: experience with Azure Data Factory, Power BI, or enterprise migration programs
