Home Care Support Worker

We're looking for a compassionate and skilled Home Care Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality support to clients in their own homes, helping them maintain independence and live with dignity.

Your role will involve providing a range of services including domestic assistance, meal preparation, personal care support, social engagement, and transport services. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide tailored support to meet their individual requirements.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a kind-hearted and patient person who is passionate about enhancing the lives of older people. You'll share our organisational values of integrity, justice, compassion, and excellence, and bring them to everything you do.

Key Requirements
  • A valid NSW driver's licence and reliable vehicle for travel between customer locations
  • A current accredited first aid and CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • Basic computer and smartphone literacy
  • COVID-19 and flu vaccinations (highly recommended)
