Job Description

About the Position

You will provide direct support to people in their day-to-day living, assisting them with domestic and personal care assistance and connecting them to the community.

This will involve working in supported independent living accommodation settings (SIL/Group Homes) and supporting customers to maintain their independence.

  • Ability to work shift work, regular sleepovers/active nights, weekends and public/school holidays.
  • Resilience, confidence and ability to work independently and as a team.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to develop positive relationships.
  • Ability to obtain the NDIS Workers Screen Check prior to commencement.
  • Ability to use computers and learn software/programs.
  • Smart Phone.
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence.
