**Assistant Store Manager Role Overview**
This role is ideal for an experienced retail or trade professional looking to take on a leadership position within our store operations team.
As Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day activities of the store and leading a high-performing team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
