Store Operations Supervisor

About the Role:
As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations and supervising a team to ensure outstanding customer service.
- Work closely with the Store Manager to lead the team and manage operations
- Cause and develop your colleagues to achieve success
- Livembrace genuine service standards that create moments that matter for customers
- Be a safety leader, providing a safe working environment for yourself, colleagues and customers
Requirements:
We are looking for someone with previous supervisory experience or who is ready for the next challenge. You should have a background in retail or trade, including sales, wholesale and/or workshop operations. Ideally, you should have mechanical/automotive parts knowledge and hold a valid driver's licence. As we are a busy workplace, you should be able to handle products of a heavy nature and work safely. We are open to receiving applications from people without industry experience.
