Store Operations Manager

As a key member of our team, you will oversee and supervise daily store operations to ensure exceptional service is provided to customers. You will also support and develop your team members to achieve outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the team in managing operations to achieve success
- Coach and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Live, breathe, and role model genuine service to create moments that matter for customers
- Ensure a safe work environment for yourself, team members, and customers
- Set a positive example at all times
- Assume opening and closing responsibilities as required
- Previous supervisory experience or readiness for a leadership role
- Demonstrated retail or trade experience, including sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations
- Ideal candidates have mechanical/automotive parts knowledge
- Flexible availability and a valid driver's license
- Physical capacity to perform duties, including handling heavy products
- Prioritization of safety
