Job Title: Healthcare Operations Coordinator

About the Role:
Northeast Health Wangaratta operates 24/7, providing a range of acute, sub-acute, aged care and community services to the Central Hume region. We are seeking an experienced administration professional with excellent communication, time management and organizational skills to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls, emails and other communications in a timely and efficient manner
- Coordinate administrative tasks and duties as required
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing demands and priorities
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in administration or a related field
- Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with medical terminology and privacy principles
