As an Aged Care Support Worker, your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing high-quality care and support to our residents, including assisting with daily living activities and promoting their independence.
  2. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with our residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  3. Participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in aged care.

Requirements:

  • Current Certificate III in Individual Support or student Nurse with a passion for aged care.
  • Previous experience working in a aged care setting (desirable).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
