Care to Care is recruiting experienced Support Workers who are committed to working with aged and disabled clients. Our clients in the Coorparoo area are **mainly Aged Care Clients**. Our services include: personal care, domestic assistance, companion care and more.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Assist with Personal Care.
- Assisting clients with transfers.
- Provide Domestic Assistance
- Provide companionship and support clients with social activities
- Assist clients with transportation to appointments, etc.
- Prepare food & assist clients with eating
- Assist Clients with medication

**Key requirements**:

- Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
- Well presented, reliable and resilient
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Current National Police Check
- Blue and yellow card/NDIS Workers screening check or willing to obtain
- Current First Aid & CPR certificates
- Assist clients with medication unit (desirable - or willing to obtain)
- Current unrestricted driver's license & reliable vehicle
- Comprehensive car insurance
- COVID 19 Vaccination

On offer will be **excellent remuneration**, a pleasant working environment and training opportunities. This is casual position with solid hours and the option to transition to permanent part-time in the future.

**Salary**: $28.68 - $63.09 per hour
