About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead our User Access Management team. As the leader of our Identity and Access Management strategy, you will develop platforms and solutions to improve identity and access management across the entire organization.

You will manage a global team, collaborate with various organizational teams, and handle the technology sourcing strategy, requiring engagement with senior management. Success in this role depends on a deep understanding of technology strategy, architecture, and a clear delivery roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and delivering technology solutions to improve identity and access management
  • Managing a global team of engineers and collaborating with other teams
  • Leading the technology sourcing strategy and engaging with senior management
  • Developing a clear delivery roadmap and understanding of technology strategy and architecture
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in managing software engineering teams (30 to 60 people)
  • Experience in communicating with senior management and business stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to introduce and promote innovative solutions
  • Background in cloud technologies, such as Amazon AWS and Google Cloud
  • Experience with common programming languages, such as Java, Python, Unix scripting, Javascript, and other languages
  • Experience in system integrations, including Active Directory, REST API, custom API, JDBC, and other integration technologies
