We are seeking a customer-focused individual to join our sales team in Port Macquarie as a Sales Professional.
This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing expert advice on our range of products.

Key Responsibilities- To build strong relationships with our customers, understand their needs and preferences, and provide tailored recommendations to meet their expectations.
- To maintain high standards of store presentation and merchandising, ensuring that our stores look and feel welcoming and inviting at all times.
- To stay up-to-date with product knowledge and policies and procedures, providing expert advice and guidance to customers.
- To work collaboratively with other Team Members to achieve sales targets and KPIs, contributing to the success of the business.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales-focused customer service position.
- The ability to work effectively, both individually and as part of a team, to achieve common goals.
- Strong communication skills and a personable approach to building rapport with customers.
- Flexible availability to meet our seven-day roster requirements.
- A competitive base salary of $45,000 per annum, plus a commission structure that rewards and recognises achievements.
