About ARC (The Australian Reinforcing Company)

We are seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our team at the Port Macquarie branch.

This position is suitable for individuals looking to build on their customer and sales experience.

The hours for this role will be Monday to Friday from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service over the phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshooting customer sales queries and answering any questions
  • Upselling and providing quotes to customers
  • Sales data entry, general invoicing, administration, and purchasing

We are looking for someone who is customer service focused, has a high attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

You will also have:

  • Experience in a similar customer service role
  • The ability to build relationships with diverse clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A can-do attitude and a strong desire to learn and develop your skillset
  • Team player and able to multi-task well

Salary

$55,000 - $65,000 per annum.
