  • We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Port Macquarie. This role involves working in a fast-paced sales environment, assisting customers, and maintaining high standards of store presentation and merchandising.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with customers
  • Assisting customers in finding their unique piece of jewellery
  • Working effectively individually and as part of a team to maintain high standards of store presentation and merchandising
  • Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge and policies and procedures
  • Generating sales to meet sales targets and KPIs
  • Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a sales-focused customer service position
  • Ability to work effectively, individually and in a team
  • Strong communication skills and personable approach to help create special moments in our customers' lives
  • Flexible availability to meet our seven-day roster requirements
