Portfolio Planning Lead Role

This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our finance team.

You will be responsible for leading and developing the portfolio planning platform as a key component of our Integrated Business Planning process.

The role involves building the Portfolio Planning strategy, creating and leading the Portfolio and Pipeline Management process, and owning the design, build and implementation of all IBP Portfolio Planning improvement initiatives.

About the Position

The successful candidate will have 7-10 years' experience in leading NPD Commercialisation, Portfolio Planning, Sales & Operations Planning and/or Integrated Business Planning.

They will have exceptional working knowledge of Portfolio Planning Systems, Reporting & Advanced Analytics Tools and IBP Management Tools.

A degree in Supply Chain, Business Management or Marketing is essential, along with excellent communication skills.

  • In conjunction with our broader IBP Improvement Plan, you will build the Portfolio Planning strategy that outlines our improvement initiatives across people, process and digital solutions.
  • Create and lead the transition from current-state to a best-in-class future-state portfolio planning organisation.
  • Play a key role in analysing and consolidating market insights in the context of managing the product portfolio.
