Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with hiring leaders to grasp staffing needs and devise customised recruitment approaches.
  2. Identify, evaluate, and shortlist candidates to secure top talent for diverse positions within the organisation.
  3. Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job advertisement to offer discussions and onboarding.
  4. Establish and nurture strong connections with candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the hiring journey.
  5. Work alongside HR professionals to refine recruitment methodologies, adopt best practices, and promote ongoing enhancements.
  6. Leverage recruitment analytics and performance metrics to monitor effectiveness and pinpoint areas for improvement.

The Ideal Candidate

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related discipline.
  2. Demonstrated experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or in a comparable role, ideally within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors.
  3. In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment regulations.
  4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of fostering relationships with candidates and stakeholders across all levels.
  5. Proven capacity to handle multiple recruitment initiatives concurrently in a fast-paced setting.
  6. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and various recruitment technologies.
  7. High standards of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
