Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates to find top talent for various roles within the organization.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Work with HR colleagues to enhance recruitment processes, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Utilize recruitment metrics and data analysis to track performance and identify areas for optimization.
The Ideal Candidate

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or similar role, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
