  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and craft bespoke recruitment strategies.
  • Source, evaluate, and shortlist candidates to ensure the selection of top talent across various positions.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job advertisements to offer negotiations and onboarding procedures.
  • Foster and maintain robust relationships with candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the hiring journey.
  • Work alongside HR professionals to refine recruitment processes, implement best practices, and promote ongoing enhancements.
  • Leverage recruitment analytics and metrics to monitor performance and pinpoint areas for improvement.

Candidate Profile:

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or in a comparable role, ideally within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors.
