Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centred care across various acuity levels, ensuring safe and effective clinical interventions aligned with industry standards.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with healthcare teams to support timely patient transport and accurate handovers.
  • Lead by example, mentoring junior staff and maintaining professional registration and competencies through ongoing education and accreditation.
  • Uphold safety and infection control standards, ensuring vehicles and equipment are ready and work practices meet regulatory requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • AHPRA Registration in Paramedicine
  • Valid New South Wales Driver's Licence
  • Availability for day and afternoon shifts, 7 days a week
  • Previous NEPT experience is advantageous but not essential
