- Conduct thorough patient evaluations and interventions during transportation
- Provide top-notch patient care and treatment while on the road
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and stakeholders
- Hold a valid certification as a Patient Transport Officer (PTO) – Minimum of qualification of Cert III in Non-Emergency Patient Care
- Experience working in non-emergency patient transport is highly desirable but not essential
- Possess a full driving license and be able to drive safely in various traffic conditions
