About the role

We're seeking a skilled CCM Analyst to join our team at Australian Retirement Trust. As a Disclosure Solutions Specialist, you'll be responsible for creating and maintaining top-notch product disclosure solutions that ensure regulatory compliance and boost customer engagement.

Day-to-day, you'll:

  • Turn business stakeholders' requirements into technical solutions.
  • Advise on Keystone solutions that meet business needs.
  • Capture and analyze requirements for document creation.
  • Use your knowledge of Objective Keystone to build document solutions.
  • Perform business testing to ensure quality.
  • Analyze and document disclosure production-related processes within the team and across the business.

This role is a permanent opportunity that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

About you

We're looking for someone with experience in a document composition tool or the Customer Communication Management (CCM) business domain. You'll also need to have worked in a project or BAU environment, handling requirements elicitation and solution analysis.

Additionally, you'll need to have strong written and interpersonal communication skills, as well as the ability to build effective partnerships and relationships with business stakeholders.
