About the Role

Australian Retirement Trust is seeking a skilled CCM Analyst to join their team. As a Disclosure Expert, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining top-notch product disclosure solutions. Your role will be crucial in ensuring regulatory compliance, boosting customer engagement, and smoothly creating documentation that meets business needs using the Objective Keystone document composition tool.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Turning business stakeholders' requirements into technical solutions.
  • Advising on Keystone solutions that meet business needs.
  • Capturing and analyzing requirements for document creation.
  • Using your knowledge of Objective Keystone to build document solutions.
  • Performing business testing to ensure quality.
  • Analyzing and documenting disclosure production-related processes within the team and across the business.

About You

We are looking for a great communicator with top-notch interpersonal skills. You will be expected to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's likely that you will have experience with a document composition tool or in the Customer Communication Management (CCM) business domain.

Key qualifications include:

  • Experience with a document composition tool or in the CCM business domain.
  • Previous experience with basic programming techniques to drive conditional content.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage your time effectively.
  • Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
