About the Role
Australian Retirement Trust is seeking a skilled CCM Analyst to join our team. As a CCM Analyst, you will play a crucial role in creating and maintaining top-notch product disclosure solutions that meet regulatory compliance and customer engagement needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business stakeholders' requirements into technical solutions using the Objective Keystone document composition tool.
- Advise on Keystone solutions that meet business needs and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Capture and analyze requirements for document creation, ensuring quality and accuracy.
- Develop document solutions using your knowledge of Objective Keystone.
- Perform business testing to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Analyze and document disclosure production-related processes within the team and across the business.
About You
We're looking for a great communicator with top-notch interpersonal skills who can pick up problems and come up with quick, creative solutions. You'll have experience with a document composition tool or in the Customer Communication Management (CCM) business domain, and have spent time working in a project or BAU environment, handling requirements elicitation and solution analysis.
