Urban Land Strategist

This is a challenging career opportunity to work on large-scale projects, shaping urban developments and contributing to the growth strategy of the business.
As a Property Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting detailed feasibility analysis, preparing due diligence reports, and researching new development site opportunities. You will also engage owners about potential acquisitions and identify suitable sites for expansion.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent research skills, and proficiency in Estate Master and Microsoft Excel. Additionally, they should have well-developed stakeholder engagement and management skills, with a passion for property and a desire to grow their career in this field.
Key Responsibilities:- Feasibility Analysis: Conduct detailed feasibility analysis and prepare due diligence reports.
- Site Identification: Research and identify new development site opportunities.
- Owner Engagement: Engage owners about potential acquisitions.
- Financial Modelling: Prepare feasibilities and financial models.
- A degree qualification in Property, Finance or a similar field.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Experience in research and preparing feasibilities.
- Proficiency in Estate Master and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
