Senior Research Infrastructure Strategist

We are seeking a visionary academic leader to drive the development of cutting-edge research infrastructure for climate action in transport and land use planning.
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to lead a transformative project that supports Western Australia's climate action agenda through data-driven innovation in transport and urban planning.
Responsibilities- Develop strategic plans for scalable, interoperable infrastructure aligned with AURIN systems.
- Lead stakeholder engagement with government agencies, academic partners, and platform providers.
- Oversee the design and implementation of analytical tools and data integration strategies to support climate-related decision-making.
- A PhD in urban planning, data science, geography, transport, environmental science, or a related field.
- Proven leadership in complex research infrastructure or data platform projects.
- Expertise in data science, spatial analysis, and infrastructure for climate or urban research.
