Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team. As an Executive Chef Partner, you will be responsible for leading a diverse team to create exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of chefs to prepare and present dishes to hotel standards
  • Supervise and coordinate kitchen operations to maintain food quality, freshness, and consistency
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage food cost control
  • Develop and implement menu ideas and participate in menu development
  • Stay up to date with culinary trends and techniques
  • Train, mentor, and develop junior kitchen team members
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or equivalent role in a similar industry
  • Culinary trade qualifications and knowledge of Asian cuisine
  • Natural leadership skills with demonstrated results in developing and motivating teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Motivation, energy, and drive to deliver exceptional results
  • A passion for creating innovative and delicious dishes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
