About the Position

This leadership role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of our organisation's cyber defence capabilities.

As a key leader, you will drive the development and implementation of innovative security solutions, harnessing automation and AI-driven insights to enhance incident response.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the Security Operations Centre (SOC) roadmap, setting industry standards for detection and response excellence.
  • Build and lead a world-class security engineering team, focusing on enterprise-wide outcomes and strategic partnerships.
  • Define and embed security standards and principles across the business, ensuring a robust security posture.
  • Harness the power of automation and AI-driven insights to transform incident response, leveraging cutting-edge SOAR tools and threat intelligence platforms.
  • Design and implement seamless integration of security into CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code environments.
Your Qualifications
  • A proven track record in security engineering, automation, and orchestration.
  • Experience implementing SOAR, TIP, and advanced detection platforms, with a strong background in CI/CD integration and infrastructure-as-code.
  • A passion for driving change, influencing stakeholders, and embedding cyber resilience at scale.
