About you

  • A strong analytical mindset with the ability to think critically, assess complex information, identify patterns and trends in large data sets, and produce clear, evidence-based conclusions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A highly collaborative and team-oriented attitude, with a proven ability to build relationships and work effectively across diverse internal and external stakeholder groups.

  • Intellectual curiosity and adaptability, with a passion for learning and staying ahead of evolving cyber threats and adversary behaviours.

Role requirements

  • Previous experience in intelligence roles and/or formal training in cyber threat intelligence would be highly desirable.

Please note: This position is part of the Department of Customer Services, Open Data and Small and Family Business (CDSB) as part of the recent Machinery-of-Government changes.
