Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled professional with at least 15 years of operational experience in the application of quality management principles in the construction industry. The successful candidate will have a Lead Auditor Qualification and relevant technical qualifications. They will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of systems and processes within the Australian Business Unit, including quality, completions, commissioning, document control, and internal auditing.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Ensure the implementation of quality management systems and processes that meet international standards.
  2. Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including project teams, clients, and suppliers.
  3. Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance the quality of projects.
  4. Manage the internal auditing schedule and assign resources accordingly.
  5. Establish and maintain key competency requirements for functional reports.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. At least 15 years of operational experience in the application of quality management principles in the construction industry.
  2. A Lead Auditor Qualification.
  3. Relevant technical qualifications.
  4. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
  5. Competent user of in-house software, with working knowledge of wider applications.
