Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Director to lead our quality framework and policy development, ensuring compliance with the NDIS framework. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project work, report writing, and team leadership.

About Healthscope Independence Services

Healthscope Independence Services is a specialist provider of unique accommodation, attendant care, and in-home services to individuals with acquired brain injuries, disabilities, complex conditions, and those who have left hospital and require additional support at home. Our services promote independence and support our clients in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance on policy, process, and practice for Healthscope Independence Services as a SIL and SDA provider operating within the NDIS.
  • Manage a risk framework and analysis, supporting compliance and accreditation with Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Healthcare Standards.
  • Support HIS Operations staff to deliver consistently high-quality and safe care.
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or working towards or relevant experience.
  • Significant experience in working within a quality framework and policy development, including the NDIS framework.
  • Experience in project work with a high standard of skills in report writing, project design, and management.
  • Demonstrated ability to show leadership and the ability to work with a wide range of people in a team environment.
  • High-level communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent time and project management skills.
Benefits
