Responsibilities

    • Maintain accurate records of shed data and perform inventory adjustments as required
    • Conduct daily stock control and enter new season delivery dockets for seamless logistics
  • Inventory Control Specialist
    • Perform daily stock counts and ensure accurate data entry to maintain up-to-date inventory levels
    • Prepare and manage reject bale reports to identify areas for improvement
    • Track all stock and inventory transfers for efficient resource allocation
    • Manage production waste, overruns and reject packs effectively to minimize losses
  • Quality Assurance Officer
    • Adhere to company quality policies and procedures to ensure compliance and excellence
    • Collect and record samples to meet regulatory requirements and industry standards
    • Ensure finished goods meet customer job order specifications for quality and satisfaction
  • Safety and Compliance Manager
    • Promote and maintain a strong safety culture within the organization
    • Ensure compliance with WHS legislation and company safety systems to prevent accidents and injuries
    • Direct transport drivers to follow site procedures and protocols
    • Participate in workplace inspections to identify hazards and implement corrective actions
