Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated professional to join our team as a Junior Site Operations Manager at our Victorian Wind Farm Site.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the daily operations, maintenance coordination, and safety compliance of the site. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is looking to grow within a leading renewable energy company.

About the Role
  • Assist in managing day-to-day wind farm site operations and maintenance.
  • Serve as the local point of contact for plant outages, emergencies, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Supervise site contractors and coordinate all plant field activities.
  • Perform local and remote operations of the wind farm and substation, including High Voltage (HV) switching.
  • Ensure compliance with site Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) protocols and company safety policies.
  • Conduct site inspections, audits, and monitor operational performance metrics.
  • Liaise with the Network Service Provider and Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO) regarding plant operations.
  • Establish and maintain good relations with landowners, local contractors, and community leaders.
  • Monitor and report on plant performance, including wind and ambient conditions, SCADA reports, and maintenance schedules.
