The Role:

  • We are seeking an intermediate Business Transformation Specialist with experience in business transformation, change management, communications, process improvement, and project delivery.
  • Responsibilities include supporting successful business transformation and change management programs for clients, mentoring junior team members, and building on knowledge base by industry leading specialists.
  • Key skills required include embracing challenges, promoting innovation, and navigating ambiguity.
  • Preferred qualifications include a tertiary qualification aligned to project management, engineering, or other, and/or accreditation or certification in change management and/or project management.

About You:

  • You will have the ability to work across the entire project life cycle, build relationships with clients and stakeholders, and identify and remove barriers to goal achievement.
  • Prior experience in change management, business transformation, and project delivery is highly desirable.
