Senior Business Change Analyst

A key role has become available in a government agency requiring an experienced professional to provide Capability Realisation Support services. The successful candidate will work closely with the Capability Manager and Capability Realisation Manager to achieve business outcomes.
The primary responsibilities of this position include evaluating the change impacts of target end-state business architectures, aggregating change impacts, and providing an end-to-end user perspective on benefits and realisation.
Additionally, the successful candidate will quantify effort and guide the preparation of the business for change, defining the change approach for each tranche. They will also review change effectiveness and analyse outcomes/effect realisation, as well as quantifying barriers to change and designing mitigation strategies.
This role is ideal for individuals who have experience in conducting change impact analysis, developing integrated change plans, and supporting reporting. The successful candidate will work collaboratively to resolve change adoption, timing, fatigue, and adaptation issues, and implement shared approaches to addressing change and capability realisation matters.
