Key Role: Compliance and Assurance Specialist

Job Description

This position is responsible for leading compliance efforts across external debt collection agencies (DCAs). Key responsibilities include monitoring DCA adherence to contractual and regulatory requirements, collaborating with internal teams to meet compliance goals, and managing DCA obligations in Protecht.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in compliance, preferably in the debt collection industry.
  • Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Strong time management and process documentation skills.
  • Ability to analyse data, assess risk, and provide sound recommendations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
