  • Guest Experience Leader: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall guest experience, ensuring seamless interactions and memorable moments.
  • Team Culture Ambassador: Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting open communication, collaboration, and growth opportunities.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient day-to-day operations, collaborating with Food and Beverage Supervisors/Attendants to drive results and achieve goals.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Actively solicit and address guest feedback, driving meaningful changes to elevate the overall guest experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our menu offerings, sharing expertise with colleagues and guests alike.

We're seeking an experienced professional who can leverage their passion for delivering exceptional guest service to drive success. This role requires flexibility to work across various shifts, a positive attitude, and a collaborative mindset.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required; however, previous experience in hospitality management is highly valued. Additionally, holding a valid RSA certification is necessary for this position.
