The role involves providing ongoing education and development opportunities, including regular clinical supervision and monthly staff development sessions.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-standard care to patients and families in the Emergency Department
- Collaborate with Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy to provide early assessment and intervention
- Develop and implement clinical recommendations and care plans for patients requiring ward admission
As a member of the Critical Care and Surgery Team, you will have opportunities to broaden your skill development through team cover and After Hours Crisis On Call work.
