We are seeking a skilled professional to provide critical incident support through onsite, virtual, or telehealth modalities to organizations affected by significant change.
About the Role- Deliver clinical excellence in psychological first aid and trauma-informed brief interventions focusing on mental health resilience.
- Provide psycho-education sessions and individual interventions to individuals affected by critical incidents promoting emotional well-being.
- Postgraduate qualifications in Psychology or Social Work.
- Professional registration with relevant health bodies (e.g., AHPRA, AASW).
- A minimum of three years' experience in a related field.
- Ability to manage client risk within a trauma-informed framework ensuring patient safety.
- A hybrid work environment offering flexibility to work from home or office when not onsite.
